Access Information Management Announced Today that it has Acquired Fortress Records Management

Access Information Management announced today that it has acquired Fortress Records Management based in Newbury Park, California. The acquisition significantly expands Access’ client base and scope of operations in the Greater Los Angeles market.

“Fortress has done a tremendous job of servicing their clients and we are committed to continuing that legacy,” stated Access CEO Dennis Barnedt. “This acquisition gives us an even stronger presence in the Los Angeles Area with records centers servicing clients in all major counties.”

Fortress Records Management is the sixth acquisition made by Access in the past 24 months. Previous acquisitions include RecordXpress, FileMinders, Port-a-box, Pacific File Management, and Capital Records Management.
